Storage and Consumption
Our cakes and desserts are best enjoyed within 24 hours. If necessary, they can be stored chilled for up to 4 days. Please note, however, that the texture and quality of our products may be affected if they are not consumed within the 'best by' period.
Cakes, Cupcakes and Brownies
For the best texture and taste, we suggest leaving cakes, cupcakes and brownies in an air conditioned room for at least 4 hours before consumption.
Fondant Cakes
Please do not refrigerate Fondant Cakes. They are best kept in an air conditioned room.
Cake Pops, Macarons and Tarts
Cake Pops, Macarons and Tarts are best kept refrigerated. We suggest removing them from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
Meringues and Icing Cookies
Please store Meringues and Icing Cookies in air tight containers or sealed plastic bags.
