In Cantonese, the pistachio is named "happy nut" and the colour of cranberries are red, which signifies good luck. Hence, we named our biscotti "Happy Go Lucky". =)
Not the usual thin, pale biscotti, the Happy Go Lucky Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti is packed with nuts and cranberries and baked to perfection. It's a little brown, but that's how we like our biscotti - with extra aroma and extra crunch!
